Today, Agile Digital Marketing is pleased to announce the new Sales Workshop & Playbook. This look-forward, get-excited event brings together your leadership team, Agile's president and an Agile Sales Consultant. As a core value at Agile, all team members are specialists in their field. The workshop is split into three parts:
- Part 1 is a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) assessment of your sales and marketing team or teams.
- Part 2 is about KPI's and how the business is under- or over-performing on quarterly and annual sales yardsticks.
- Part 3 looks at process, software and human solutions that have been discussed or evaluated.
At the end of the day, the leadership team will have a roadmap completed with Agile's consulting guidance plus they recieve a one-page deliverable that is a synopsis of the SWOT assessment, KPI status and How to Get There! .

Alan Koenigsberg, Growth Guide has a deep knowledge of the challenges businesses face today and has a very proactive and positive approach. Having helped implement software and tech solutions for tech companies, service companies and non-profits, he exercises his knowledge and experience to the benefit of each new client. He holds an M.B.A. and holds multiple certifications in various areas of digital marketing and sales.
